Transcript Information

Due to Summer Vacation Schedules, 24-Hour Transcript Processing Service is currently not available.

Please allow 5 business days to process your transcript. 24-Hour Processing will resume August 30, 2010.

 

  • The fee for processing regular transcripts is $5.00 per transcript.
  • Please allow 5 working days for the processing of all transcript requests.

  • 1. Transcripts are processed twice weekly on Tuesday and Thursday. Allow five business days for processing.

    2. Transcript processing fee: $5.00 per transcript - whether official or unofficial. 24-hour service processing fee is $10.00. For 24-hour service, the request and fee must be received by 10:00 AM the previous day. Make all checks payable to St. Bernard High School. To pay by Visa or Master Card, please call the main office of the school at 310-823-4651. Please do not mail cash. 24-Hour Service is not available during school vacation times (Summer, Christmas and Easter) or on school holidays.

    3. All transcript requests must be made in writing using the transcript request form with original signature authorizing the release of the records. For all minors and currently enrolled students, original parent/legal guardian signature is required. Note: A separate form and fee is required for each transcript ordered.

    4. Official Transcripts must be mailed by St. Bernard to a specific institution (school/university/employment/scholarship).

    5. Copies issued directly to the student or parent/legal guardian, either by mail or hand-carried, are Unofficial Transcripts.

    6. Standardized Test Scores (SAT I, II, ACT and 11th grade PSAT) are included with the transcript.

    7. Transcript requests can be dropped off in the main office of the school between 7:30 and 4:00 school days or mailed to the school at
